The Stock Take Job section is used to perform stock taking jobs. It is useful in situations where stock taking of certain product is needed, to ensure that your inventory is up to date.
Accessing Stock Take Jobs
- Open your Dashboard
- Navigate to Inventory > Stock Take Jobs
Add New Stock Take Job
To add a new stock take job, click on the '+' button
The following fields are required to create a stock take job
| Field | Required | Usage |
| Location | Yes | The location to stock take |
| Comment | Optional | Any comments to the stock take job |
| Job Status | - | The current status of the job take |
| Item | Yes | Item to stock take |
| Actual Quantity | Optional | Accounted stock for item |
Delet of Stock Take Job
To remove stock take job from the system:
- Select the Stock Take Job(s) to delete
- Click on More Actions
- Select Delete Selected
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
In the example above, the Stock Take Job #1 will be deleted
Export of Stock Take Jobs
To export stock take jobs to an Excel file:
- Select the stock take job(s) to export
- Click on More Actions
- Select Export Selected
An Excel file containing all selected stock take jobs will be generated.
Import Stock Take Job
The import feature allows you to quickly add or update stock take jobs:
- Prepare an Excel file containing the required stock take job
- Click on More Actions
- Select Import File
- Upload your Excel file
The system will automatically create new stock take job or update existing ones based on the provided information.
Notes:
- The import feature allows adding or updating one stock take job at a time.
- Leave the
Stock Take Job IDfield blank to create a new stock take job.- Providing a
Stock Take Job IDwill update the existing stock take job with that ID.- Always review and verify the Excel file before importing to ensure all data are accurate, complete, and correctly formatted to prevent errors during import.
