The Locations section is used to categorise your stocks into different locations. This can be helpful if you have multiple warehouses or storage locations for your items. By organising your stocks into locations, you can better track and mange your inventory.
To set up your Locations, open your Dashboard and head over to
Inventory > Locations
Adding New Locations
To add a new location, click on the '+' button
You will need to provide the details for the following fields
The breakdown of the fields are as follow
| Field | Usage |
| Name | Name of the location |
| Stocks Warning Level |
The default stocks warning level for all inventory items Item quantity will be highlighted yellow if it falls below the level |
| Stocks Danger Level |
The default stocks danger level for all inventory items Item quantity will be highlighted red if it falls below the level |
Deleting of Locations
To delete existing locations, select the locations that you want to delete, followed by the "trash" icon. This will remove the selected locations from the system.
It's important to note that when you delete a location, all the item stocks that are associated with that location will also be deleted. This means that the quantity of those items in your inventory will be reduced accordingly.
In the example above, the location 'Shop 2' will be removed.
