The Stocks Transfers section is used to manage moving of stocks within your inventory. This can be useful to keep track of the stock movements.
To access Stock Transfers, open your Dashboard and head over to
Inventory > Stock Transfers
Add New Stock Transfers
To add a new stock transfer, click on the '+' button
You will need to provide the details for the following fields
The breakdown of the fields are as follow

Item | The list of items for the stock transfer |
From Location |
The location in which the item is being transferred from. Note: The number beside the location is the current stock available at that location. |
To Location |
The location in which the item is being transferred to. Note: The number beside the location is the current stock available at that location. |
Transfer Quantity | The quantity of the items being transferred |
Deleting of Stock Transfers
To delete existing stock transfers record, select the stock transfers that you want to delete, followed by the "trash" icon. This will remove the selected stock transfers from the system.
In the example above, the stock transfer #1 will be removed.
Note: It's important to note that deleting a stock transfer record will revert the corresponding stock from your inventory. This means that the quantity of that item in your inventory will be reverted accordingly
Exporting of Stock Transfers
You can export the list of stock transfers to an Excel file by clicking the "export" icon and then selecting "Export Data". This will generate a file containing the relevant data, which you can then save and use as needed.
Importing of Stock Transfers
You can use the "Import Data" feature to quickly and easily add/update large number of stock transfers in the system. To do this, you will need to upload an Excel file containing the relevant data, and the system will use this data to update the stock transfers accordingly.
