The Stocks Transfers section is used to manage the movement of stocks within your inventory. This helps keep track of all stock movements between locations. This is done immediately unlike Location Transfer Job
Accessing Stock Transfers
- Open your Dashboard
- Navigate to Inventory > Stock Transfers
Add New Stock Transfers
To add a new stock transfer, click on the '+' button
The following fields are required to create a stock transfer

| From Location | Yes | The location from which the stocks will be transferred |
| To Location | Yes | The location to which the stocks will be transferred |

Delete Stock Transfers
To remove a transfer job:
- Select the job(s) to delete
- Click on More Actions
- Select Delete Selected
Note:
Once deleted, the quantities from completed transfer jobs will be reversed
In the example above, the Stock Transfer #3 will be removed.
Export Stock Transfers
To export transfer jobs to an Excel file:
- Select the transfer job(s) to export
- Select Export Selected
An Excel file containing the selected transfer job data will be generated.
Import Stock Transfers
The import feature allows adding or updating transfer jobs quickly.
- Prepare an Excel file containing the required transfer job data
- Click on More Actions
- Select Import File
- Upload your Excel file
The system will automatically create new transfer jobs or update existing ones based on the provided information.
Notes:
- The import feature allows adding or updating one transfer job at a time.
- Leave the
Transfer IDfield blank to create a new job- Providing a
Transfer IDwill update the existing transfer job with that ID- Always review and verify the Excel file before importing to ensure all data are accurate, complete, and correctly formatted to prevent errors during import.
