Channel groups allows you set up groups to restrict items. For example, you want a product to only be available through Equotix POS, you can create a channel group and restrict it to your Equotix POS sales channels and then assign your item to this channel group.
Accessing Channel Groups
- Open your Dashboard
- Navigate to Settings > Channel Groups
Add New Channel Group
To add a new channel group, click on the '+' button
| Field | Required | Usage |
| Name | Yes | The name of the channel group |
| Channel Permission | Yes | The sales channel that will be part of this group |
Delete Channel Group
To delete a chanbnel group:
- Select the channel group(s) to delete
- Click on Delete Selected
In the example above Channel Group Demo will be deleted.
