Equotix One supports multiple languages, which allows you to translate your items in order to better serve your customers. This can be helpful if you have a diverse customer base or if you want to expand your business into new markets where different languages are spoken.
To set up Languages, open your Dashboard and head over to
Settings > Languages
Adding New Language
To add a new language, click on the '+' button.
You will need to provide the details for the following fields.
The breakdown of the fields are as follow
Field | Usage |
Name | A label for you to easily identify this language. |
Code |
The locale code for this language. E.g. For English, the code will be en Do refer to the list of available language code |
Note: It's important to note that Equotix One does not provide translation services. You will need to manually update the language for your items in order to provide translations for your customers.
Deleting of Language
To delete existing languages, select the languages that you want to delete, followed by the "trash" icon. This will remove the selected languages from the system and any associated translations will be lost.
In the example above, the Chinese language will be removed.
