Equotix One supports multiple languages, allowing you to translate item details and better serve customers in different regions and market.
Accessing Languages
- Open your Dashboard
- Navigate to Settings > Languages
Add New Language
To add a new language:
- Click the '+' button
- Enter the required language details
| Field | Required | Usage |
| Name | Yes | A label for you to easily identify this language. |
| Code | Yes | The locale code for this language. E.g. For English, the code will be en Refer to the list of available language codes https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes |
Note:
Equotix One does not provide automatic translation. You must manually enter translation for your items in each language.
Delete Language
To delete a language:
- Select the language(s) you want to remove
- Click on Delete Selected
Important:
Deleting a language will permanently remove all associated translations.
In the example above, the Chinese language will be removed.
