Equotix One allows you to create multiple user accounts to manage your store, each with its own access permissions.
Accessing Users
- Open your Dashboard
- Navigate to System > Uses > Users
Add New User
To create a new user:
- Click the '+' button
- Enter the user's details and assign a user group
- Set a password for the account
- Enable or disable the user's status as required
Note:
The selected User Group determines the permission and access level for the user.
General

Password
| Field | Required | Usage |
| Password | Optional | Sets the user's login password |
| Confirm | Optional | Confirms the entered password |
Preference
| Field | Required | Usage |
| Page Count | Yes | Number of records displayed per page |
| Menu Style | Yes | Choose whether the menu is expanded or collapsed by default |
| Default Channel | Yes | Choose the default sales channel to use |
Delete User
To delete a user:
- Select the user(s) you want to remove
- Click Delete Selected
In the example above, user demo will be removed.
Important:
Deleted users will no longer be able to access the dashboard.
