Equotix One allows you to use User Groups to control the access permissions of the user profiles.
To set up User Groups, open your Dashboard and head over to
Settings > Users > User Groups
Within User Groups section, you can create groups and determine the permissions for that group. You have one pre-defined user group in the default Equotix One setup - Top Administrator.
By default, the Top Administrator has all the permissions configured.
Adding New User Group
To create a new User Group, click on the '+' button
The user permissions are separated into 4 sections as seen below
The breakdown of the permissions are as follow
General

Modify Permissions | Grants permission to save changes made to the pages |
Special Permissions | Special permission to perform specific actions |

If you do not want certain user group to be able to perform certain actions, simply modify the permissions for that user group accordingly.
For example, if you decide that a certain user group should not have deleting permissions, simply click on 'Unselect All' button under the Delete Permissions field. This way, users from that group will no longer be able to perform delete actions throughout the site.

Note: Any users who are associated with those groups will no longer have access.
