Equotix One allows you to store images which can be used to throughout the platform.

To manage your images, open your Dashboard and head over to 

Settings > File Manager

Within File Manager, you can view the images that you have uploaded onto the platform as well as your disk space usage.

Adding New Images

To add new images, click on the 'upload' button

The file upload manage will appear and you can proceed to upload your files.

Note: There is a 1MB file size limit for images

Creating Folders

You can organise your files by creating folders. To do so, click on the 'folder' button

Once the folder is created, you can proceed to add images into the newly created folder.

Note: Drag support is not supported at the moment and you will have to re-upload the images if you wish to categorise them.

Deleting of Files

To delete existing files/folders, select the files/folders that you want to delete, followed by the "trash" icon. This will remove the selected files/folders and any items associated with it.

In the example above, the folder 'Books' will be removed.

Note: When removing folders, any files within the folder will be deleted along with it.

Purge CDN Cache

To ensure that the latest image files are used, you may want to consider clearing your image cache by clicking on the 'refresh' button.

Note: When the cache is cleared, it might take sometime to rebuild the images.
