The File Manager manages and store images that can be used throughout the platform.

Accessing File Manager

1. Open your Dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings > File Manager

Within File Manager, you can view all uploaded images and check your current disk space usage.

Upload New Images

To upload new images:

1. Click the Upload button
   
2. Select the image files you want to upload
   

Note: 

There is a 1MB file size limit for images

Create Folders

You can organise your images by creating folders:

1. Click on the Folder button
   
2. Enter a folder name to create it
3. Upload images into the newly created folder
   

Note:

Images must be re-uploaded if you want to move them into a different folder.

Delete Files and Folders

To delete files or folders:

1. Select the files(s) or folder(s) you want to remove
2. Click on the Trash icon

Important:

Deleting a folder will also permanently delete all files inside it.

In the example above, the folder Books will be removed.

Purge CDN Cache

If your updated images are not appearing correctly, you can clear the image cache:

1. Click on the Refresh button to purge the CDN cache

Note: 

After clearning the cache, it may take some time for images to fully rebuild and display correctly.
