Steps
- Go to Dashboard
- Navigate to Sales > Orders
- Click on '+' button
Below is a breakdown of the POS page
Search
Search for your items by entering in the name
Categories
Categories that are selected under Quick Access will be displayed here.
Tip:
Group your items into categories to easily search for items
When selected, the list of items that belongs to the category will appear
Clicking on the Home icon will bring you back to the main page.
Items
Items that are selected under Quick Access will be displayed here.
Adding Item to Cart
To add an item to the cart, simply click on the item from the POS screen.
- For items without options, the item will be added to the cart immediately
- For items that require or support additional selections (E.g. Add-ons, Spicy Level), a popup screen will appear.
The popup screen consists of the options configured, allowing you to
- Select required options before proceeding
- Choose optional add-ons
- Fine-tune the item according to the customer's request
Once all the required selections are made, confirm the selection and the item will be added to the cart.
Note:
Items with required options cannot be added to the cart until all required option values are selected. This helps prevent incomplete or incorrect orders.
Based on the item configurations done in the earlier articles, there are optional and required options

Add On (Optional)
These option values can be selected as needed, but are not mandatory. -
Chili (Required)
You must select one Chili level before the item can be add to the cart
If the required option is not selected, the Add Item button will be faded.
Once the required option is selected, the button will be clickable
