Quick Access lets you pin categories directly to the POS screen, making products easy to find with a single tap. This is especially useful for stores with many products, where some items don't need to be pinned individually under Quick Access (Items).
When to Use Quick Access - Categories
- For items that aren't top sellers or frequently purchased
- To organize products by category, making them easier to find
Adding Categories to Quick Access
- Go to Dashboard
- Navigate to Integrations > Sale Channel
- Select the POS sales channel you want to configure
- Click on Quick Access
- Populate the Categories field
