Assigning Items to Quick Access

Quick Access allows you to pin frequently sold items to the POS screen, so that they can be added to orders with a single tap. This is especially useful for hawker stalls where speed and simplicity are critical during peak hours.

When to Use Quick Access - Items

• Best-selling items
• Common drinks,
• Items without too many customisations

Adding Items to Quick Access

1. Go to Dashboard
2. Navigate to Integrations > Sale Channel
3. Select the POS sales channel you want to configure
4. Click on Quick Access
5. Populate the Items field

Tips:

The items are displayed in the order that they are added. If you want an item to appear as the first, you will need to add it first.
