Quick Access allows you to pin frequently sold items to the POS screen, so that they can be added to orders with a single tap. This is especially useful for hawker stalls where speed and simplicity are critical during peak hours.
When to Use Quick Access - Items
- Best-selling items
- Common drinks,
- Items without too many customisations
Adding Items to Quick Access
- Go to Dashboard
- Navigate to Integrations > Sale Channel
- Select the POS sales channel you want to configure
- Click on Quick Access
- Populate the Items field
Tips:
The items are displayed in the order that they are added. If you want an item to appear as the first, you will need to add it first.
