The Shipping section provides a centralised view for managing shipments across all sales channels. It allows you to monitor and process shipping activities efficiently from a single screen.
Accessing Shipping
- Open your Dashboard
- Navigate to Sales > Shipping
Select the sales channel in which you want to manage the shipping for. In the example above the East Equotix POS sales channel is selected.
Arrange Shipment
To arrange shipment for orders:
- Select the order(s) you want to ship
- Click on Ship Orders
Once completed, the shipment will be arranged. Each sales channel has its own shipping workflow, so please review any notes displayed during the process.
Note:
For all sales channels except OpenCart and Equotix POS, shipping arrangements will automatically update the order status.
For OpenCart and Equotix POS
- Orders will move to the Order Shipped tab after Ship Orders is selected
Complete Orders
After confirming that the customer has received the order:
- Select the order(s)
- Click on Complete Orders
Completed orders will have their order status updated according to the configuration set in the Sales Channel settings.
Print Picklist
To print a picklist for packing:
- Select the order(s)
- Click on Print Picklist
A picklist will be generated to assist with order packing.
Tip:
You can use Packing Assistant to ensure items are packed correctly.
Handover Report
To print a handover report:
- Select the order(s)
- Click on Print Report
The handover report can be used for delivery handoff or internal tracking.
