Item Links allow you to associate your inventory items to items on your sales channels. When an item link is created, it will be listed on the sales channel where it was created.

Item links also support variations, which can be useful for organizing and managing products with multiple variants. By grouping them under a parent item, you can make it easier to browse and search for specific items.

To set up your Item Links, open up your Dashboard and head over to 

Integrations > Item Links

Select the channel that you would like to manage.

 

Adding of New Item Link

To add a new item link, click on the '+' button

The setup page may vary based on the channel selected.

 

In this example we will be configuring item links for OpenCart channel. On step 1, you will be asked to select the items that you want published to your OpenCart channel.

 

Once you have selected the products, proceed to set the attributes of the selected products. Notice on the bottom right it is 1/5. These are the previously selected products where you can further tweak the description as needed.

 

Once you are done with the attributes, you will proceed with setting up the product options (if necessary)

Once you finished configuring the product options, the product will then be published onto your OpenCart channel.

Variations

Field	Usage
Add Variation	Add variation item to this main parent item so they are listed together. Shopee supports up to 2 tiers variation. Note: Keep in mind that you should only add variations that are linked to the main item.
Item	Add the item to be used for the specific variation. Note: Keep in mind that you should only add items that are linked to the main item.

 

Understanding variations

Here is an example of how a 2-tier variation setup would appear. Notice that the Variation 2's variants will iterate through Variation 1's variants.

 

Deleting Item Links

To delete existing item links, select the item links that you want to delete, followed by the "trash" icon. this will remove the selected item links from the system.

In the example above, the item link for Dumbell / Barbell Set for Lazada will be deleted.

Note: Using this method, the item will still be listed on the sales channel (e.g. Lazada, Shopee) even after the item link is deleted.

 

Deleting Item From Channel

Ensure that you have selected the sales channel that you would like the product to be removed from. Once done, select the products that you would like deleted from your sales channel.

In the example above, the item link will be removed, along with the item listing on OpenCart.

 

Viewing of Item Links Through Items

You can view your existing item links through the Items page. Do do so, head over to your

Inventory > Items

Within the page, select the item that you would like to view the item links for

Upon clicking, a list of the sales channels you have available will be displayed. This list will show the status of the item for each sales channel, indicating whether the item has been listed on that channel or not. 

By clicking on the item links, you can access and view the details for that particular item. From there, you have the option to modify the details as needed. When you save the changes, they will be applied to the item on the corresponding sales channel.
