The Channel Profiles section allows you to set up profiles for your items that will be used when synchronising with sales channels. You are able to create multiple channel profiles for each Sales Channels that you have and use specific profiles for your items.
To set up your Channel Profiles, open your Dashboard and head over to
Integrations > Channel Profiles
Adding of New Channel Profile
To add a new channel profile, click on the '+' button
You will be required to select a sales channel that you wish to create the channel profile for.
The following steps outline the process for creating a channel profile:
1. Equotix POS
To setup Equotix POS, click on Equotix POS option.
You will need to provide the details for the following fields
The breakdown of the fields are as follow

2. Lazada
To setup Lazada channel profile, click on the Lazada option
You will need to provide the details for the following fields

Short Description | Short description of the product. You can use the supported tags to format the short description |

3. OpenCart
To setup OpenCart channel profile, click on the OpenCart option

To setup Qoo10 channel profile, click on Qoo10 SG option

Deleting of Channel Profiles
To delete existing channel profiles, select the channel profiles that you want to delete, followed by the "trash" icon. This will remove the selected channel profiles from the system.
In the example above, the channel profile for Shopee will be deleted.
Note: When you delete a channel profile, any items that previously used that profile will revert to using the default field settings within the item. The item needs to be edited again before you can sync it with the sales channel.
