Channel Profiles define how your items are synchronised with different sales channels. Each profile controls item details such as title, description, pricing, and inventory behaviour for a specific channel.
You can create multiple profiles per sales channel and assign different profiles to different items for flexible listing management.
Accessing Channel Profiles
- Open your Dashboard
- Navigate to Integrations > Channel Profiles
Add New Channel Profile
To create a new channel profile:
- Click on the '+' button
- Select the sale channel
- Configure the profile fields for the selected channel
Channel Profile Setup
Each channel has its own required and optional fields. Common sections include General, Price, and Inventory, with some channels having additional settings.
General

| Profile Name | Yes | Enter a profile name to for you to easily identify this profile. |
| Title | Yes | Title format for the item. {$name} tag is supported. |
Price
| Field | Required | Usage |
| Item Price | Optional | Select the customer group price to use or just use the default item price. |
| Price Markup Value | Optional | Markup value on the price above. |
| Price Markup Type | Optional | Markup type on the value above. |
Inventory
| Field | Required | Usage |
| Reserved Quantity | Optional | Set the quantity reserved for the main system. Leave blank to not reserve. |
| Reserved Quantity Type | Optional | Reserved type on the quantity remaining. |
TikTok Shop
TikTok Shop requires the following additional configurations:

| Warehouses | Yes | The inventory quantity to use for each warehouse on Tiktok Shop. |
| Custom Shipping Settings | Optional | Configure to use custom shipping settings for the item. |
| Warranty Period | Optional | Warranty period to display on Tiktok for items. |
| Warranty Policy | Optional | Warranty policy text to display on Tiktok. |
| COD | Optional | Enable Cash on Delivery option if the category allows it. |
Shopee
Shopee requires the following additional configurations:

| Days to Ship | Yes | The guaranteed days to ship order. |
| Logistic | Yes | The logistics to use for item. |
Delete Channel Profiles
To delete a channel profile:
- Select the channel profile(s) you want to delete
- Click on Delete Selected
In the example above, the channel profile POS will be deleted.
Important:
- Items previously using the deleted profile will revert to default item settings
- The item must be edited again before it can be synchronised to the sales channel
