Item Links allow you to associate your inventory items with listings on your sales channels. Once an item link is created, the item will be listed on the selected sales channel.

Item Links also support variations, which are useful for managing products with multiple options (for example, size or colour). Variations are grouped under a parent item, making products easier to browse and manage.

Accessing Item Links

1. Open your Dashboard
2. Navigate to Integrations > Item Links
3. Select the sales channel you want to manage

Select the channel that you would like to manage.

Add New Item Link

To create a new item link:

1. Click the '+' button
2. The setup steps may vary depending on the selected sales channel

Step 1: Select Items

Step 2: Configure Attributes

Set product details such as title and description.

The indicator at the bottom right (e.g. 1/3) shows how many selected items you can review and edit individually.

Step 3: Configure Product Options

Set up product options if your items require them

Step 4: Publish

Once completed, the product will be listed on your OpenCart sales channel.

Variations (Shopee Only)

Variations allow multiple related items to be grouped under a single parent listing.

Understanding variations

In a 2-tier variation setup, Variation 2 options are created for each option in Variation 1, resulting in all possible combinations.

Delete Item Links

To remove an item link, click on the item link status button

A list of your linked item will be displayed. To delete the item link

1. Select the item(s) to unlink
2. Click on Delete Selected

Note: 

When an item is unlinked, it will still be listed on the sales channel (e.g. Lazada, Shopee). This means that changes made to the product will not be synced across anymore.

Delete Item From Platform

To remove both the item link and the product listing from a sales channel (e.g. Lazada, shopee):

1. Select the sales channel
2. Select the item(s) to be removed

In the example above, the product iPhone 17 Pro Max will be removed from the OpenCart sales channel.

Note:

The item will still be in your inventory. Just that the listing is removed from your sales channel.
