The Fleet Management extension allows you to efficiently manage your fleet operations. It provides tools to organise your fleets and gives you a clear overview of your delivery activitites, helping you track and coordinate deliveries more efficiently.
Accessing Fleet Management
- Open your Dashboard
- Navigate to Integrations > Extensions
- Go to the Modules Tab
- Select Fleet Management
Getting Started
Fleet mananagement requires you to have at least one fleet (vehicle) set up before being able to proceed.
To setup your fleet, click on Manage Fleet.
Within the Manage Fleet page, click on '+' to add your vehicle
Under the Settings tab

| Default Car | Optional | The default car that will be used when creating a delivery order |
| Default Delivery Date | Optional | The number of days that will be added to your delivery date |

| Default Delivery Estimated Hours | Optional | The estimated delivery time |
| Proof of Delivery History | Optional | The number of days that the proof of delivery will be shown |
Creating Delivery Order
You can create a delivery order by clicking on "Actions" under the order (Sales > Orders)
Alternatively, you can manually set up the delivery order by clicking on the '+' button within the Fleet Management page. Note that you will have to enter in the Order ID to proceed.
Once completed, your delivery order will be created. The Fleet Management module will then list all orders scheduled for the day, allowing you to efficiently manage and track your deliveries.
To mark the order as delivered, simply click on the done button beside the order.
You can also include a proof of delivery image (if needed) before completing the delivery.
